About the Role

Kraft Heinz UKI is looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to join our in-house Strategy & Consulting team, reporting to the Head of Strategy and Revenue Growth. This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, working alongside leadership to deliver projects that shape the future of our UK and Ireland business.

Your primary focus will be driving strategic initiatives aligned with our 3-year plan, delivering actionable insights and recommendations through rigorous analysis, benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Strategy Manager, you will:

  • Partner with the UKI and European Leadership Teams to define strategic priorities
  • Lead strategic projects covering brand growth, channel strategy, and operational improvement
  • Conduct data-driven analysis, stakeholder interviews, and external benchmarking to simplify complex problems
  • Develop recommendations for where to play (priority segments, channels, and consumers) and how to win (initiatives in innovation, communication, channel execution, and value engineering)
  • Deliver clear, concise, and persuasive presentations to senior leaders

Example Projects Include:

  • Brand Strategy: Evaluate brand performance, define priority initiatives, and track progress
  • Foodservice / Away-From-Home Strategy: Identify key accounts and growth opportunities
  • Value Engineering Benchmarking: Analyze performance and identify efficiency improvements
  • Learn more about strategic approaches in FMCG: IGD – Food and Grocery Research

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • 3+ years in strategy consulting or 5+ years in in-house strategy roles
  • Experience with major strategy consultancies or FMCG strategy teams (essential)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with imperfect data: UK Analytics Skills & Careers
  • Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
