Overview
Brainkind is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our newly developed, state-of-the-art neurological hospital in York. This full-time position offers a chance to work within a highly specialised setting supporting individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries.
Our services focus on restoring independence through evidence-based neurorehabilitation, delivered by a passionate and collaborative multi-disciplinary team.

- Salary: £37,630.70 – £46,150.53 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hours: 38.5 per week; a mix of day and night shifts—flexibility required

About the Service
The Brainkind Neurological Centre York is a newly opened 40-bed independent hospital designed specifically for neuropsychiatric and neurobehavioural rehabilitation. The centre supports individuals with complex physical, cognitive and mental health needs following an acquired brain injury.

Essential Qualifications & Attributes

Desirable Experience
- Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries
- Recognised Practice Assessor or Practice Supervisor qualification
- Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management
- IT literacy and familiarity with electronic patient record systems
