Overview

Brainkind is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our newly developed, state-of-the-art neurological hospital in York. This full-time position offers a chance to work within a highly specialised setting supporting individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries.

Our services focus on restoring independence through evidence-based neurorehabilitation, delivered by a passionate and collaborative multi-disciplinary team.

• Location: York
• Salary: £37,630.70 – £46,150.53 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Hours: 38.5 per week; a mix of day and night shifts—flexibility required

About the Service

The Brainkind Neurological Centre York is a newly opened 40-bed independent hospital designed specifically for neuropsychiatric and neurobehavioural rehabilitation. The centre supports individuals with complex physical, cognitive and mental health needs following an acquired brain injury.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries
• Recognised Practice Assessor or Practice Supervisor qualification
