Position Summary
Longview Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join a reputable multi-specialty practice that continues to expand to meet the community’s growing needs. This role offers an excellent blend of inpatient and outpatient care with access to modern facilities, a supportive colleague network, and a strong referral base.
New graduates and experienced physicians are equally encouraged to apply.
Practice Structure & Responsibilities
- Clinical Scope: Traditional Gastroenterology—“bread and butter” GI
- Procedures: ERCP available; no EUS required
- Work Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off call rotation
- Team Environment: Join one established Gastroenterologist with strong administrative and clinical support
- Practice Setting: Balanced inpatient and outpatient duties
- Licensing: Must hold or obtain a Texas medical license
- Visa Support: Open to 2027 J-1 waiver applicants
