Pacific Gardens Therapy & Rehab is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) who want to make a real impact in patient care. Therapists will receive competitive compensation in line with U.S. standards, based on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for patients with physical, mobility, or wound care challenges. Develop care plans compliant with clinical and regulatory standards.

Provide skilled rehabilitative therapy using therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual techniques, ambulation, and supportive devices.

Deliver patient-centered care while consulting and educating patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans.

Track progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and prepare discharge summaries following federal and state healthcare regulations.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, high-quality care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active U.S. Physical Therapy license – Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT)
• One year of recent clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient engagement skills.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic health records and documentation.
