About the Role
The University is seeking a highly organised and proactive Global Programmes Senior Co-ordinator to support the operational delivery of its Global Programmes Summer School portfolio. This includes the Undergraduate Summer School, Physics Summer School, and online Global Classrooms.
The postholder will play a central role in coordinating key administrative and operational processes, including student enquiries, admissions, enrolment, and programme logistics. You will also contribute to the successful delivery of events such as student orientations, excursions, and field trips, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for participants.
Acting as a key liaison point, you will facilitate communication between students, academic staff, internal departments, and international partners. In addition, the role includes supporting marketing initiatives and managing social media activity to promote Global Programmes effectively.
About You
You will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational and project management skills. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team, you will demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
A genuine interest in supporting international students is essential. You will be committed to delivering a welcoming and inclusive experience, recognising that many participants may be travelling abroad for the first time.
About the Division
The Communications, Engagement and Advancement (CEA) Division plays a critical role in supporting institutional growth and global engagement. Working in partnership with academic schools and international stakeholders, the division is instrumental in attracting high-quality students and fostering long-term global relationships.
Through strategic initiatives and alumni engagement, the division contributes to the University’s continued academic and research excellence.
