You will work as part of the OPMH inpatient team across two inpatient areas, alongside a part-time consultant, three resident doctors, and a middle-grade doctor.

You will be joining a service that values collaboration, clarity, and compassionate leadership. Consultants are expected to:
- Foster effective communication within and across teams
- Ensure roles, responsibilities, and accountability are clearly understood
