About the Role

Kraft Heinz has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to join our high-performing UK & Ireland (UKI) business unit. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Revenue Growth, you will be part of our in-house Strategy & Consulting team, driving the delivery of key strategic projects that shape the long-term direction of our business.

This role offers exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders across the UKI and European leadership teams, providing a platform to influence and deliver meaningful business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Partner closely with UKI and European leadership to shape and execute the UKI strategy.

Lead projects that define where to play (priority segments, channels, consumers) and how to win (key initiatives across communication, innovation, and revenue growth).

Translate complex data and insights into simple, actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions.

Project Delivery

Act as an in-house consultant, managing and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives aligned to the company’s 3-year plan.

Conduct benchmarking, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.

Present clear and compelling recommendations to senior stakeholders, supported by robust insights and analysis.

Example Project Areas

Brand Strategy: Assess brand performance and define key growth priorities.

Foodservice / Away-from-Home Strategy: Identify strategic accounts and develop winning approaches.

Value Engineering: Lead benchmarking and optimization initiatives across the business.

About You

Experience and Background

Proven experience in strategy roles — ideally 5+ years in consulting or 7+ years in-house within FMCG or similar industries.

Strong background with a major strategy consultancy or corporate strategy function (essential).

Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex problems using analytical insight, even with incomplete data.

Experienced in conducting stakeholder interviews and managing cross-functional relationships.

Strong communication and presentation abilities, confident working with senior leaders.

Collaborative and proactive team player.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required.
