About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their established care home team. If you are already living and working in the UK as a Nurse within a care home setting and are exploring a new employer, this role may offer an opportunity to transfer under an existing Health & Care Worker Visa, subject to eligibility.

Please note:
You must already hold a valid NMC PIN
You must currently be employed as a Nurse in a UK nursing home
Only candidates eligible for an Undefined Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) can be considered

What You Will Contribute

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care aligned with individual care plans
• Administer medications safely and competently in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and clinical observations accurately
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure robust care planning
• Carry out detailed assessments and ongoing reviews of residents’ health and wellbeing
• Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards to ensure resident safety
• Communicate with clarity and compassion when supporting residents and their families
• Guide, support, and mentor junior colleagues, promoting best practice across the service

What You Bring

• Current NMC registration with a valid PIN
• Experience in a nursing home or a similar clinical environment
• Strong clinical competence and up-to-date nursing knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team-based care
• A kind, empathetic, and resident-focused approach
• Eligibility to switch employers under the Health & Care Worker Visa route
