About the Role
Keane Premier Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all residents while supporting their medical and emotional needs.

Visa & Sponsorship Guidance
For candidates requiring sponsorship:
- Must hold valid UK immigration permission at the time of application
- Must be eligible to switch to the Skilled Worker visa under Home Office rules (gov.uk Skilled Worker visa)
- Certain visa categories do not allow in-country switching (gov.uk visa guidance)
- The company covers the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and Immigration Skills Charge where applicable
- Applicants are responsible for visa application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge (gov.uk IHS) and Fast Track processing if needed)
- Preference will be given to candidates already eligible to work in the UK or able to self-fund visa application costs to ensure rapid deployment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, your role will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for residents
- Administering medications and treatments in line with prescriptions and care plans
- Conducting physical and psychological assessments of new residents
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs, health status, and changes in condition
- Collaborating with care teams to create and update individualised care plans
- Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and families
- Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and clean environment for residents
- Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing first aid
- Keeping accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations
- Staying updated with current healthcare practices and professional development
Candidate Requirements
Registered Nurse with an active NMC registration (gov.uk NMC registration)
- Previous experience in a care or clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic healthcare needs
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
