Contract: Fixed Term until 27 February 2026 / Full Time
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Project Officer to join Ulster University’s City Deals and Special Projects Office (CDSPO), which is responsible for delivering a portfolio of capital projects across our Belfast, Derry~Londonderry, and Coleraine campuses.
The primary focus of this role is to support portfolio, programme, and project management activities, with an emphasis on benefits management. You will assist in ensuring projects achieve their targeted benefits and provide reporting, advice, and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. Your contributions will be vital in helping to measure and communicate the outcomes of these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the management of project portfolios, programmes, and specific projects.
Focus on benefits management to ensure projects meet their objectives and deliver expected outcomes.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on project benefits.
Offer advice and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
We may establish a 12-month waiting list for this or similar roles within the department, with the potential to extend across the University if needed.
