Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position involves working in a variety of roles focused on the assembly and manufacture of aircraft parts for civil and military programs. The successful candidate will perform a range of tasks, demonstrating flexibility and effective collaboration as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow detailed manufacturing plans
• Adhere to quality, health, and safety standards
• Monitor and meet daily manufacturing metrics
• Engage in lean activities and other improvement initiatives
• Support manufacturing delivery requirements
• Collaborate within teams to achieve delivery goals
• Complete manufacturing documentation and job cards

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in general electronics and mechanical assembly
• Ability to identify and recognize components
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and good concentration
• Ability to produce high-quality work
• Dexterity for working with small components
• A flexible, cooperative, and team-oriented approach
• Understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace
• Experience working in self-directed teams
• Awareness of customer expectations and business needs
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
