A leading London-based building services organisation is seeking an experienced MEP Planner to strengthen its project delivery team. This opportunity is being managed by Skills Provision Ltd, an international recruitment specialist.

Why This Role Matters
As an MEP Planner, you will be central to ensuring projects are delivered on time and in alignment with contractual commitments. Your expertise will influence design coordination, procurement timelines, construction sequencing, and project reporting.
This is not simply a scheduling role — it is a strategic position requiring foresight, collaboration, and technical authority.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Creating and managing detailed programmes covering design, procurement, and construction phases
- Developing client-facing project schedules and reporting documents
- Monitoring project progress and analysing schedule impacts
- Carrying out delay analysis and preparing documentation for Extension of Time (EOT) claims
- Conducting regular site visits to assess real-time progress
- Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management
- Providing structured progress briefings to leadership teams
- Maintaining detailed project records
- Ensuring compliance with evolving industry regulations and legislation
- Representing the company’s professional standards in all engagements
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Technical & Professional Experience
- Demonstrated experience in MEP planning across full project lifecycles
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience at tender stage and strong knowledge of contractual frameworks
- Proficiency in Asta PowerProject and/or MS Project
- Experience handling programme revisions, delays, and risk mitigation
- Comfortable managing competing priorities

- Competitive salary (£45,500 – £55,000 per year)
