About the Opportunity
Skills Provision Ltd is recruiting an experienced MEP Planner on behalf of a highly respected Building Services organisation headquartered in London. The company operates across multiple construction and engineering disciplines and has built a strong reputation for delivering technically advanced, sustainable solutions to clients across diverse sectors.
This role will be based at the company’s London office, with regular site interaction required.
For suitably qualified international candidates, Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is available (up to 3 years).

 The Role
As an MEP Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within programme. You will collaborate closely with project teams, management, and clients to create, monitor, and refine construction schedules.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing detailed project programmes covering design, procurement, and construction phases
- Preparing client-facing schedules and reports
- Conducting site visits to assess progress
- Monitoring programme changes and analysing impacts
- Carrying out delay analysis and supporting Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
- Delivering progress updates to senior leadership
- Maintaining structured and accurate planning documentation
- Ensuring compliance with current UK construction legislation

 Candidate Profile
- We are seeking a structured, detail-oriented professional with strong technical and communication skills.
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Experience & Skills
- Proven planning experience at tender and delivery stages
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Comprehensive understanding of construction lifecycles from feasibility to completion
- Experience using Asta PowerProject and/or MS Project
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong multitasking capability
- Capable of working independently and within collaborative teams
