Job Description
Astroscale UK is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our MarComms Team. In this role, you will manage business-to-business (B2B) marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth for our UK-based products and services, with a focus on customers and suppliers.
As part of the UK Commercial Team, the MarComms Team collaborates closely with Business Development, Business Analysis, Sales, and Policy to promote Astroscale UK’s products, services, technical advancements, and regulatory progress.
You will work alongside Sales, the Product Team, and Project Managers to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that generate leads. You’ll also collaborate with suppliers on joint campaigns where beneficial and contribute to the global Marketing Team to ensure consistent and effective global promotion of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of MarComms to develop and implement long-term marketing and communications strategies for Astroscale UK.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Astroscale UK’s products and services, including the Docking Plate, ELSA-M, and COSMIC.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to deliver effective joint marketing activities.
- Identify and leverage sponsorship opportunities to position Astroscale as a leader in the in-orbit servicing and manufacturing (IOSM) market.
- Utilise the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to build strategic marketing relationships.
- Represent Astroscale UK at conferences and events.
- Support the MarComms Team with general marketing and communications activities as required.
Essential Skills
- A university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a B2B account-based marketing role, ideally within an engineering, technology, science, or space-related company.
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Experience using or managing a CRM tool such as Salesforce.
- Strong budget management skills.
- A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to deliver projects on time.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Location
Based at Astroscale UK (Harwell), with potential for occasional travel to Astroscale Japan (Tokyo).
