**Position: Marketing & Systems Assistant**
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our Sport Aston team in this exciting role.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in implementing the Sport Aston Marketing Plan.
– Help create engaging marketing campaigns, utilizing appropriate imagery and compelling content tailored to target audiences.
– Support the maintenance of the Sport Aston website, social media channels, intranet communications, and marketing materials.
– Work with our specialized Leisure Management software system, essential for membership and event bookings. While proficiency in IT systems is advantageous, full training will be provided.
– Represent Sport Aston at university Open Days and special events, promoting the various sports and activities available to students and staff.
– Contribute to the ‘Active Aston’ initiative, which encourages participation in sports and healthy lifestyles to enhance physical and mental well-being across the university.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to meet the demands of the role and support colleagues within Sport Aston.
