Are you an experienced electrician passionate about supporting vital healthcare services? We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Electrician to become a key member of our Estates Team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: City & Guilds Electrical Installation (or equivalent), plus City & Guilds Wiring Regulations
• Experience: Strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial or industrial environments
• Skills: Solid electrical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Committed to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, power distribution, and emergency systems
• Diagnose and repair faults to ensure operational continuity
• Provide technical advice and support across the organisation
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards

Core Duties:

• Carry out complex repair, installation, and maintenance tasks across multiple trades
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in plant, equipment, and engineering systems
• Lead and coordinate team activities as required
• Extend skills to support areas like medical gas systems
• Undertake training and serve as HTM Authorised Person in core skill areas
