Class Teacher – Main Scale + SEN (London Fringe)
£33,075 to £45,037 per annum, plus £2,679 SEN allowance

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join our thriving and supportive team at Manor Green School. In this role, you will provide outstanding teaching to a small group of students with special educational needs (SEN) while leading a team of support staff, including the performance management of the Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). Experience in SEN teaching is desirable, although we also welcome candidates with a strong interest in developing their skills in this area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, preparing, delivering, assessing, and evaluating lessons.

Managing and reporting on student progress, with a focus on both academic and personal development.

Collaborating with other school staff to create enriching learning opportunities.

Working closely with families and external professionals to provide the best possible support for our students.
