Our Sales Team

The role

We are looking for a committed Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team. In this fast-paced and diverse role, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales efforts across many sectors. Key skills and expertise include:

Proven track record of success in B2B sales (sponsorship sales preferred).

Strong interpersonal skills, including the capacity to create commercial relationships with senior professionals.

Target fixation: a track record of reaching and exceeding goals.

Effective time management involves defining, planning, and prioritising objectives.

Ability to undertake extensive study to better understand products, services, and prospects via vehicles such as press and online new sources.

Identifying possible sponsors by leveraging industry expertise and staying current on business trends and developments

Maximise revenue from new and existing sponsors by adding value throughout the sales process.

Attend conferences to provide on-site services to sponsors, such as networking and client entertainment.

Maintain accurate client records and background information while displaying excellent reporting abilities.

Adhere to and maintain the company’s basic principles of boldness, curiosity, and teamwork.

Characteristics

The ideal applicant is a great communicator; analytical, eloquent, and a team member with a professional demeanour; they are motivated by recognition, advancement, and the desire to excel in their professions.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ideally educated at the degree level or similar.

Strong sales experience and the ability to close.

Knowledge of IT and CRM, as well as proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Self-motivated and ambitious, with a growth mindset.
