Comprehensive employment description and primary duties

The Chef will be accountable for the production of food with minimal waste for staff, patients, visitors, special events, the restaurant kitchen, patient kitchens, pop-ups, or any other RFLPSL contracted service area as assigned.

In collaboration with other chefs and catering staff, as a member of the catering team, working under the guidance of the chief chef. The position will entail the preparation of meals from beginning, utilising raw ingredients and adhering to the established cooking methods. Consistently adhering to company, client, and health and safety policies, as well as food safety regulations

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of food hygiene principles and commercial experience, as well as a background in food preparation and cookery. Additionally, you must possess the ability to operate independently and collaboratively, as well as be self-motivated.
