A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE FOUNDRY’S BAR STAFF

 

The activities you will be engaging in…

  • We are in search of an individual who possesses exceptional bar experience and genuinely appreciates working in the hospitality industry, and who reports to the General Manager.
  • Our team is akin to a family, and we are seeking an individual who will collaborate with us to provide exceptional bar service to our visitors. A variety of full-time and part-time positions are currently available.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

  • Our hiring process is primarily based on potential and personality; however, we have a few specific requirements that we must consider.
  • The following qualities and abilities are necessary to succeed in the position of Bar Staff.
  • Bar experience in a bustling bar environment
  • Training will be provided, but cocktail experience is preferred.
  • A positive outlook
  • Work patterns that are adaptable
  • A cordial demeanour when conversing with clients
