Salary: £42,000 to £56,800, depending on experience.

Location: Hybrid, with an expectation of at least two days each week in the office.

Contract: Permanent. Full-time, 35 hours each week.

We are looking for a creative Sales Enablement/Training Content Manager with a solid background in sales content generation to join our team.

This role will be critical in achieving sales success by creating content and resources that enable our sales teams to engage clients throughout the purchasing process.

About the role

This is a new position that provides an excellent chance for the appropriate candidate to design, implement, and maintain a new function.

It is critical that we assist our clients in making the best decisions for themselves, and having digestible and resonant material available through our sales staff is a critical component in achieving this.

This role is crucial for driving confidence and consistency in our approach, influencing customer behaviour by developing messaging that engage with consumer concerns and cohorts, and contributing to our strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Equip and prepare our sales professionals to engage in ambitious customer conversations about the entire range of English learning and assessment options.
  • Create several types of sales enablement content, such as sales presentations, pitch decks, case studies, product collateral, sales scripts, demo videos, and objection management instructions.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and Consult with marketing teams to determine content requirements, priorities, and opportunities at each point of the buyer’s journey.
  • Create and maintain a centralised content library to ensure that sales collateral is easy to find, up to date, and suited to certain buyer personas, sectors, and verticals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gain insights, collect consumer testimonials, and ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
