JOB SUMMARY

 

Role: Regional Manager (2 positions)

Department: Global Engagement.

Grade: 8 (£46,974-£56,054)

Responsible for: Head of Global Recruitment and Engagement.

Campus: Belfast.

(Fixed-term until July 2025, full-time)

Job Purpose:

Working as part of the International Department, the Regional Manager will be in charge of both establishing and achieving regional objectives. They work primarily to assist recruitment objectives, but they also oversee and coordinate collaboration, engagement, and profile-raising activities in a certain region. As a major part of the management team, the position holder will have a substantial impact on the University’s overall engagement in a specific region. They will rely on a thorough grasp of the region, its potential, and how the University can best invest in it. The position will have line management responsibilities for a small number of employees, as well as cross-functional leadership within a specific region.
