True Cadence CIC, a social enterprise based in East London, is dedicated to providing structured music education and artistic development to 8-25-year-olds from under-resourced communities. Our mission is to build skills, confidence, and industry readiness in young people while reducing risk-taking behaviors.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to enhance and expand our social media presence. You will manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, develop marketing campaigns, and build brand recognition. Your work will help us reach new audiences, drive engagement, and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Establish and maintain active social media profiles.

Qualifications:
– Extensive experience in social media management.

– Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

– Basic digital photography skills are a plus.

**Education:**
– GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

– 3 years in social media marketing (preferred)
– 3 years in social media management (preferred)
