**Person Specification**
**Experience**
*Essential Criteria*
– Experience participating in a research project
– Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access; experience with EDGE
– Ability to work independently
– Experience handling confidential information
– Proven initiative and ability to plan and prioritize workload
*Desirable Criteria*
– Understanding of early-phase clinical research studies
**Qualifications**
*Essential Criteria*
– Science-related degree or equivalent
– Knowledge of the drug development process and clinical trials
– Understanding of ICH GCP
*Desirable Criteria*
– Experience in a healthcare setting
**Skills**
*Essential Criteria*
– Ability to extract relevant details from complex data
– Capacity to identify personal training needs
– Willingness to work flexible hours and manage time effectively

– Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing
