JOB SUMMARY
Experienced, hands-on Assistant Store Managers are needed for our Domino’s locations in Bathgate and Heartlands. (There are two slots available.)
The position of an Assistant Store Manager is critical in assisting the Manager and franchisee in ensuring that the store operates smoothly and profitably in compliance with business policies and procedures.
You will manage the store by leading, coaching, and inspiring all team members to achieve 100% customer happiness and a superb product at all times, while controlling costs and increasing sales.
We’re searching for someone with at least 2 years of management experience at a previous Dominos location.

Role and Responsibility:
Set and implement the store’s standard operating procedures and service standards.
Manage the pre-assigned workers for both the front and back of house, and ensure that the agreed-upon brand requirements are met.
Manage, motivate, recruit, train, and develop employees in accordance with corporate policies and employment laws.
Manage the store’s workers in a way that promotes positive working conditions, low employee turnover, and excellent customer service.
Responsible for human resource management, which includes enforcing Domino’s disciplinary procedures, handling grievances, and performing yearly staff appraisals.
Manage labour expenses and overhead, plan, anticipate, and set budgets and annual sales targets, all while efficiently monitoring and analysing business performance as instructed by the area manager.
Plan, implement, and manage the marketing strategy and activities as instructed by the Area Manager.
Manage, maintain, and report on daily stock levels of all food and beverage items, as well as guarantee that food deliveries are properly verified, stored, and entered into the computer system.
Hold weekly staff meetings to assess the previous week’s aims, sales, and pay expenditures, as well as food spend.
Develop personal skills and capabilities through continual training provided by the company or its certified training providers.
Attend managers’ meetings when necessary.
Achieve excellent OER scores while keeping a minimum 4* average.
Conduct shift manager appraisals.

Maintain store cleanliness.
Training/Coaching every day
Monitoring and documentation of bad, void, and zero orders.
Report accidents/Car accidents within 24 hours.
Maintain 5* Pizza quality at all times.
Good comprehension of the manual and contract.
The person:
Must have at least two years of management experience at a previous Dominos business and be completely hands-on; excellent possibility to advance to a store manager position.
We have a sponsorship licence and can give a work visa for 3 / 5 years to applicants with the required experience; however, please be informed that UK home office fees apply and we do not provide financial aid; international applicants are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: £12.00 to £13.00 per hour.
Expected hours per week: 40-50.
