The position of Product Assurance Manager oversees all areas of spacecraft assurance, including suppliers, subsystems, integration, and ground segments.
This opportunity provides a complete benefits package, including visa sponsorship and a relocation package.
Responsibilities for Product Assurance Manager:
- Lead product and quality assurance efforts for project teams.
- Liaise with the customer’s PA and QA reps.
- Support supplier and subcontractor-related PA and QA operations, such as assessing supplier approaches, policies, and processes, leading audits, and supporting continuing supplier management efforts.
- Compare materials, parts, and processes to PA and technical requirements.
- Create Product Assurance documentation for projects and execute assurance plans as needed.
- Witness production and testing activities and provide feedback as needed.
Skills and Experience Required for the Product Assurance Manager:
● Ability to manage functional groups in terms of associated assurance needs
● Organisational and time management skills
● Flexibility to accommodate changes in plans and timetables
● Outstanding technical English written/verbal communication and presentation abilities.
● 5 years of experience in Product Assurance and/or Quality Assurance, ideally in the space or aerospace sectors.
