Why this function is crucial to CPI’s work.
We are looking to employ two Product Managers to leverage the benefits of technology in promoting corporate business goals by utilising existing systems, identifying future systems, and collaborating with IT Centres of Excellence within their assigned product area. The Product Manager is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and launching efficient information and operations systems to support core organisational functions. This role is crucial for the organization’s success during its digital transformation. The ideal candidate will use strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to effectively identify and address system issues, maximising the value of IT investments. The candidate will serve as a liaison between the Project Management Office and the Information Technology department, ensuring that systems meet user and business requirements.

• Promote an ethical and good business culture by embracing and modelling desired behaviours that align with our values.
• Ensure consistent and documented compliance with SHE, GMP, DI, quality, and best practice regulations.
• Manage product planning and execution across the lifecycle using PMO best practices.
• Manage product and customer needs, define product vision, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximise ROI, customer satisfaction, and benefits.
• To align the product with the company’s broader strategy and aims.
• Act as a customer champion, communicating the user’s demands.
• Manage vendor relationships to guarantee service continuity and product roadmap awareness, with a focus on maximising ROI.
• Serve as the product champion for the company.
• Provide timely budgetary information for effective forecasting and planning.
The individual we’re looking for
Essential:
• Possess a degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
Qualifications in project management include APM/PRINCE2.
• Proven industrial experience in a similar function.
• A strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities.
• Strong competence in a specific product or market. This should include industries.
Technical expertise, ideally in CRM or HR.
• The ability to persuade cross-functional teams without formal authority.
It’d be ideal if you also had:
• Experience in vendor management.
• Working grasp of Business Analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
