JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an exceptional, highly driven, and skilled individual to give direct support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). You will collaborate directly with them to lead, organise, and enable the effective delivery of their portfolio, as well as to ensuring the CMO office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will be able to coordinate and handle different pressures, allowing the CMO to focus on their priorities and make the most use of their time in meeting their objectives.

You will be responsible for assisting the CMO in fulfilling their numerous obligations across their jurisdiction. Responsibilities may vary on a daily basis, but may include managing the CMO office efficiently and effectively.
• Using a project management strategy to help the team deliver and meet key milestones and objectives within their portfolio.
• Ensure the involvement of persons who are crucial to the achievement of objectives, and promote activities that enable participation and communication of plans.
• Gain an awareness of important organisational objectives; foresee, establish, and assist future programmes and projects required to ensure they are delivered within the scope of the CMO function.
