Magentic is looking for its first Growth Marketer—someone excited to build something from scratch. This is a rare “zero-to-one” role, where you’ll work directly with the founders to shape how the company enters and grows in the market.

You won’t just execute strategies—you’ll define them. From identifying ideal customers to testing messaging and channels, your work will lay the groundwork for a scalable growth engine.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with the CEO to define ideal customer profiles and buyer personas
    Craft compelling messaging that positions Magentic as a category leader in AI procurement
    Design and run rapid growth experiments across multiple channels
    Use AI tools and automation for analytics, reporting, and campaign execution
    Translate customer insights into improvements across product and marketing strategy

  • Have experience driving growth in an early-stage B2B startup
    Prefer action over theory and take ownership of results
    Can work across the entire marketing funnel—from research to analytics
    Combine data-driven thinking with creative storytelling
    Enjoy experimenting, learning quickly, and iterating constantly

 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £90,000 – £100,000
