At Magentic, you’ll work directly with the founders to define who the ideal customers are, how to reach them, and what messaging truly resonates. From day one, your work will influence the company’s growth trajectory.
This is a “build from scratch” (0→1) role, perfect for someone who thrives in experimentation, ownership, and rapid learning.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take ownership of building the company’s growth engine by:
- Partnering with the CEO to define target customers and buyer personas
- Crafting compelling messaging and positioning for an emerging AI category
- Running fast-paced experiments across marketing channels (paid, organic, outbound, etc.)
- Using AI tools and analytics to track performance and optimise campaigns
- Translating customer insights into improvements in product and messaging
- Creating scalable, repeatable strategies for future growth

- Have experience driving growth in an early-stage B2B startup
- Take ownership and move quickly from idea to execution
- Are comfortable working across the full marketing lifecycle
- Combine data-driven thinking with strong storytelling skills
