As one of the early hires in the growth team, you will play a central role in shaping our marketing strategy and building the foundation for scalable business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who thrives in early-stage environments and enjoys experimenting with new ideas to drive measurable results.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify our most valuable customers, develop clear messaging, and experiment with marketing channels that generate consistent growth.

You will take ownership of the full growth process — from customer research and positioning to campaign execution and data analysis — turning early insights into repeatable marketing strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical problem-solving and creative storytelling, and who wants to help build a marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your work will focus on building Magentic’s early growth engine. Typical responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with the CEO to define the ideal customer profile (ICP) and develop clear buyer personas
  • Creating the strategic narrative that positions Magentic as a category-defining AI procurement platform
  • Running fast, data-driven experiments across acquisition channels to identify scalable growth strategies
  • Using modern AI and automation tools to measure campaign performance and optimise marketing processes
  • Collaborating with product, sales, and leadership teams to transform customer insights into improved messaging and product features
  • Developing repeatable marketing playbooks that can later be scaled by a growing team

Candidate Profile

Salary and Equity

  • Annual salary between £90,000 and £100,000
