We now seek our first Growth Marketer — a strategic, hands‑on leader who will help define how Magentic reaches customers, builds brand clarity, and grows sustainably.

 What You’ll Own

You’ll report directly to the CEO and partner closely with founders, sales, and product teams. Your work will shape the company’s early go‑to‑market foundation and influence future hiring.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and refining our target customer profiles and buyer personas
• Crafting compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with enterprise audiences
• Designing, executing, and measuring experiments across acquisition channels
• Using modern data, analytics, AI, and automation tools to guide decisions
• Turning early signals into scalable growth playbooks

 Who You Are

• Experienced in driving measurable growth at an early‑stage enterprise B2B company
• Comfortable working across research, messaging, analytics, and campaign execution
• Analytical yet creative — able to balance data insights with story‑driven communication
