About the Role
Dynamix Autos Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Experienced Vehicle Technician to join its professional workshop team. This position is suited to a confident technician with strong diagnostic capability, in-depth mechanical and electrical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, first-time repairs.
You will play a key role in maintaining workshop standards, supporting efficient operations, and ensuring customer vehicles are repaired accurately and safely using modern diagnostic methods.
Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates already based in the UK with the right to work.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out advanced fault diagnosis using Autel, Launch, and manufacturer systems such as XENTRY, CONSULT, and SDD/Pathfinder
- Interpreting wiring diagrams and analysing live data
- Performing smoke testing, parasitic drain testing, and electrical fault tracing
Completing complex mechanical repairs, including:
- Timing belts and chains
- Head gasket repairs
- Valve and cylinder head work
- Engine removal and refitting
- Servicing and repairing manual, automatic, DSG, and CVT transmissions
- Diagnosing and repairing braking, steering, and stability systems (ABS, ESC, EPS, hydraulic brakes, rack & pinion)
- Conducting HVAC repairs and electronic module programming or flashing
- Maintaining accurate digital service records, technical reports, and quality control documentation
- Clearly explaining findings, repair requirements, and estimates to customers
- Supporting workshop productivity and maintaining high professional standards
Experience & Qualifications
Essential Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician
Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering (advantageous but not essential)
Skills & Attributes We Value
- Proficiency with Autodata, Alldata, Mitchell1, and manufacturer diagnostic platforms
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle electronics and control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic accuracy

- Reliable, professional approach and ability to contribute positively to workshop performance
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: £33,400 – £42,000 per year
