Job Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated EU Project Manager for the PEACETIME project, responsible for supporting the Project Coordinator in managing all aspects of this EU-funded initiative. The Project Manager will oversee the PEACETIME project’s governance, grant management, dissemination, and communication efforts, both internally and externally, ensuring that all contractual obligations to the funding body are met.
The PEACETIME project is a €9.8M EU PEACEPLUS-funded initiative, led by Ulster University, aiming to deliver specialized multidisciplinary obesity care to 9,000 individuals with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus across rural and urban communities in Northwest Ireland. Participants in the project will undergo a 12-month weight loss intervention based on an innovative primary care and community-based approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the project’s day-to-day operations, ensuring it aligns with the objectives and requirements set by the funding body.
- Manage governance processes, grant administration, and ensure the timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Coordinate internal and external communications and dissemination activities to share project findings and progress.
- Work closely with the Project Coordinator to ensure that contractual and financial responsibilities are met.
