About the Opportunity
Ancer Recruitment is working with a prestigious hospitality client in West Wales to recruit two experienced Chef de Partie professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate chefs who thrive in high-quality kitchen environments and are looking to progress their careers in the UK hospitality sector.
These roles are suited to chefs with strong technical ability, a disciplined approach to food preparation, and experience delivering consistently high standards in demanding, service-led kitchens.

The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your designated section efficiently while contributing to the overall success of the kitchen. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high professional standard
- Managing your section during service with confidence and organisation
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Supporting junior kitchen staff and contributing to a positive team culture
- Ensuring consistency in portioning, presentation, and flavour
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Background in 4-star hotels or cruise ship kitchens
- Good command of the English language for kitchen and workplace communication
- Passion for high-quality food and professional kitchen standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
