As our Business Operations Partner, you’ll be the architect behind the scenes, crafting and expanding the tools and processes that supercharge our efficiency—think 10x faster operations. You’ll see our internal teams as your primary clients, diving into how they work, spotting those sneaky inefficiencies, and deploying smart automation, AI-driven solutions, and streamlined setups to make everything flow effortlessly. Your mission: Clear the path so hurdles vanish before anyone trips over them, building a rock-solid base that keeps us agile as we grow from 50 to 150, 300, and beyond.

What You’ll Tackle Day-to-Day

• Scout out inefficiencies, repetitive drudgery, and mental drains in every corner of the business, whether it’s HR, finance, engineering, research labs, or day-to-day ops.
• Partner with colleagues to chart out their daily routines, really grasp their challenges, and collaborate on fixes that stick and get embraced.
• Develop automated, AI-enhanced processes that handle the grunt work, letting everyone zero in on the game-changing stuff.
• Spot ways to simplify convoluted steps into straightforward, enjoyable experiences.
• Approach each department like a valued client: Dig into their objectives, limitations, and unique scenarios.
• Whip up prototypes fast, test them with actual users, and launch only when they deliver real, trackable benefits.
• Prioritize user-friendliness— if it’s not straightforward, it’s back to the drawing board.
• Guide initiatives from scratch to full implementation, keeping things smooth and impactful without causing ripples.
• Team up with folks from various areas to sync up on updates, timelines, and smooth transitions to new ways of working.
• Set the standard by leveraging AI, automation, and tech in your own workflow.
• Weigh options on whether to custom-build or integrate off-the-shelf solutions, factoring in budget, ease, and future growth.
• Design an interconnected ecosystem where tools communicate seamlessly and information moves on its own.

What We’re Looking For in You

• Solid skills with automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalents.
• Practical know-how in handling databases, APIs, data structures, and simple coding (bonus for Python or JavaScript).
