We are inviting applications for an Associate Professor in Governance to join our vibrant Governance Group within the Department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour & Reputation. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished academic who combines internationally recognised research with impactful executive-level teaching.

About the Role
As Associate Professor, you will:
- Lead and publish high-quality research in governance, targeting internationally renowned journals.
- Develop a strong and forward-looking research agenda with a clear pipeline of impactful outputs.
- Teach on post-experience MBA, Executive MA/MSc, and Executive Education programmes.
- Engage senior professionals, including directors and board members, delivering learning that is both academically grounded and practically relevant.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the Governance Group and wider department.
- Collaborate across disciplines while maintaining independent scholarly leadership.
- Interviews will include a formal presentation delivered on the day.
