Your Role as an Associate Dentist
In this position, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-focused dental care while working within a supportive and professional clinical environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Examining patients and diagnosing oral health conditions
- Carrying out dental X-rays and clinical assessments
- Delivering treatment plans aligned with best clinical practice
- Providing restorative and cosmetic dentistry where required
- Prescribing medication appropriately
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety

Who We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria
- Recognised degree in Dentistry
- Registered with, or eligible to register with, the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Strong professional communication skills in English
- Commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical standards

Applicant Pathways Considered
Applications are welcomed from dentists across multiple registration routes, including:
- EU-qualified dentists with existing GDC registration
- EU-qualified dentists requiring GDC registration
- Overseas dentists with UK experience and GDC registration
- Overseas dentists requiring VTE mentoring (12 months)
- Each pathway will be assessed individually to ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate clinical support.
