Education, Health & Care (EHC) Plan Coordinator

Location: County Hall, Lewes
Hours: Full-time / Part-time options available
Salary: Competitive

About the Role

As an EHC Plan Coordinator, you will:
✔ Manage a caseload of children and young people with Education, Health & Care (EHC) Plans
✔ Collaborate with parents, carers, schools, and professionals to ensure high-quality support
✔ Coordinate assessments, write, and review EHC Plans, ensuring they are clear and accessible
✔ Visit schools and settings to monitor and enhance provision for children

This is primarily an office-based role with some school visits. You will receive full support, regular supervision, and access to ongoing CPD to help you succeed in this challenging but rewarding position.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ The ability to gather, analyse, and summarise complex information effectively
✅ Strong writing skills to create clear, well-structured documents
✅ A self-motivated and adaptable approach
✅ Experience in education, social care, or SEND (desirable but not essential)
