About the Practice
Located in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, the Quarrington clinic is a purpose-built, long-established small animal practice with a loyal client base and experienced clinical team. The facility includes multiple consulting rooms, separate species wards, and modern theatres equipped for advanced diagnostics and orthopaedic procedures.
The caseload is varied and clinically rewarding, and the practice also plays an active role in training vets and nurses — making it an ideal environment for someone who enjoys sharing knowledge while continuing to learn.
Your Role in the Team
In this position, you will:
- Deliver high-standard medical and surgical care
- Lead and support surgical case planning and peri-operative management
- Build strong client partnerships through clear communication
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain excellent clinical governance
- Mentor developing team members where appropriate
- This is a role for a vet who wants to refine advanced surgical skills while contributing to a positive team culture.
Working Pattern
- 40 hours across 4 days per week
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (08:30–14:30)
