 Your Role at a Glance
As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership on the ward
Support and mentor nursing staff and students
Work closely with the Ward Manager to maintain high standards of care
Coordinate shifts and act as nurse in charge when required
Deliver hands-on patient care, including medication and therapeutic engagement
Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
You’ll be working within a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, occupational therapists, doctors, and support staff—all focused on delivering safe and compassionate care.

- Holistic care planning

 What You’ll Need
 Essential Qualifications
- Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
Evidence of continuing professional development
Willingness to achieve Practice Supervisor/Assessor status within 6 months
Nursing registration guidance
 Experience & Skills
- Minimum 18 months post-qualification experience
Experience working in mental health settings
Ability to supervise staff and students
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of safeguarding, clinical governance, and risk management
 Visa Sponsorship & Compliance
- This role may be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, depending on eligibility criteria.
