If you’re an early-career physiotherapist looking to strengthen your clinical skills in musculoskeletal care, this role offers a supportive and engaging environment to grow.

Based in an outpatient setting, you’ll become part of a well-established MSK service, working alongside a diverse multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapists, osteopaths, exercise professionals, and senior clinicians. The role is designed to help you build independence while still benefiting from regular guidance and mentorship.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

Deliver effective, patient-centred physiotherapy for individuals with MSK conditions
Carry out thorough assessments and create tailored rehabilitation plans
Provide clear advice on diagnosis, treatment, and self-management strategies
Collaborate closely with a wide range of healthcare professionals
Contribute ideas to improve and develop the MSK service
Maintain high standards of safety when using clinical equipment
Support the learning and development of students, peers, and junior staff

While you will manage your own caseload, you’ll also participate in structured supervision sessions, peer discussions, and ongoing clinical training.
