In this role, you will work closely with qualified therapists to support patients with a wide range of needs, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life from the very start of their hospital journey.
 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to assess and support patients with complex care needs.
- Conduct straightforward assessments and implement treatment plans within your scope of practice.
- Make informed, guideline-driven decisions regarding patient care and therapy options.
- Support the delivery of therapy services to enhance patient recovery and independence.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives within the therapy team.
