You’ll play a key role in developing trainee and newly qualified pharmacists, while also contributing to clinical services across the Trust. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership and mentoring environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and deputising for the Lead Pharmacist for Education & Training
• Designing and delivering the Trainee Pharmacist Foundation Programme
• Guiding and supporting newly qualified pharmacists in their early careers
• Providing training and development opportunities for pharmacy staff
• Acting as a mentor, role model, and clinical leader
• Taking on responsibilities as a Designated Supervisor and Designated Prescribing Practitioner
• Delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused clinical pharmacy services
• Contributing to service improvement, research, and innovation initiatives
