You’ll play a key role in developing trainee and newly qualified pharmacists, while also contributing to clinical services across the Trust. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership and mentoring environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and deputising for the Lead Pharmacist for Education & Training
- Designing and delivering the Trainee Pharmacist Foundation Programme
- Guiding and supporting newly qualified pharmacists in their early careers
- Providing training and development opportunities for pharmacy staff
- Acting as a mentor, role model, and clinical leader
- Taking on responsibilities as a Designated Supervisor and Designated Prescribing Practitioner
- Delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused clinical pharmacy services
- Contributing to service improvement, research, and innovation initiatives
