Main Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting dental examinations and diagnosing oral health conditions
• Performing dental X-rays and interpreting diagnostic results
• Delivering a range of dental treatments and care plans
• Providing guidance to patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Prescribing medications when clinically appropriate
• Ensuring compliance with infection control and health-and-safety procedures
• Delivering restorative and cosmetic dental procedures where required

Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of patient care

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should meet the following criteria:
• Hold a recognised Dentistry degree
• Be registered, or willing to register, with the General Dental Council
• Demonstrate strong written and spoken English skills
• Be willing to undertake NHS training requirements where necessary
• Show excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Meet occupational health and background check requirements
