Main Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering expert, evidence-based nursing care to stroke patients and their families
- Contributing to the Trust’s commitment to outstanding, patient-centered healthcare
- Aligning your practice with ward/department standards, philosophy, and Trust-wide goals
- Guiding and supervising junior colleagues, while serving as a knowledgeable resource
- Providing education and training to team members, including the wider multidisciplinary group
- Occasionally taking charge of the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager or deputies
