About the Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially minded Strategy Manager to help drive long-term business direction within our UK & Ireland (UKI) operations. This is a high-impact role within an internal strategy and consulting team that partners directly with senior leadership to shape growth priorities, evaluate opportunities, and guide execution across the organisation.
This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, translating data into clear direction, and influencing senior stakeholders. You’ll gain exposure across multiple business areas while contributing to a multi-year strategy roadmap.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic Direction & Planning
- Support the design and evolution of the UKI growth strategy
- Identify priority consumer segments, channels, and opportunities
- Help define competitive positioning and execution frameworks
High-Impact Project Delivery
- Lead strategic initiatives tied to long-term objectives
- Conduct benchmarking, financial modelling, and performance analysis
- Convert insights into concise, decision-ready recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Present findings confidently to senior leadership
Growth & Innovation Focus
- Evaluate brand and portfolio performance
- Support initiatives related to value engineering and revenue optimisation
- Contribute to market expansion and channel strategy development
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in strategic roles
(typically ~3 years in consulting or ~5 years in corporate strategy) - Background in strategy consulting or FMCG/business strategy preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with imperfect data
- Ability to simplify complex information into actionable insight
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholder exposure
- Collaborative, team-oriented working style
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
