The Strategy Manager acts as a trusted partner to leadership, shaping where the business invests, how it competes, and what initiatives will unlock growth. You’ll contribute directly to delivering the multi-year strategy — balancing analytical rigour with commercial judgement.

Projects span brand performance, growth channels, revenue optimisation, and operational benchmarking. The work combines deep analysis with storytelling — turning insights into concise recommendations that guide executive decisions.

  • Analyse internal and external data to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct benchmarking and stakeholder interviews
  • Translate complex findings into clear executive-ready recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align teams behind priorities
  • Deliver strategic projects that support long-term business goals

You likely bring:

  • Proven strategy experience (consultancy or in-house FMCG environment)
  • Strong analytical capability with comfort handling imperfect data
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable insights
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
