- Partner with UKI and European leadership on priority strategy questions
- Analyse internal and external data to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct benchmarking and stakeholder interviews
- Translate complex findings into clear executive-ready recommendations
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align teams behind priorities
- Deliver strategic projects that support long-term business goals
- You’ll operate as an internal consultant — trusted to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and guide direction.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
