Job Description

A role where your care makes a real difference

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be at the heart of daily patient care — supporting dignity, comfort, safety, and recovery. You will work alongside nurses, doctors, therapists, and other professionals to ensure patients receive compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their needs.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on care, thrives in a busy clinical environment, and wants to build a long-term career in healthcare.

  • Help create a calm, respectful, and reassuring patient environment
  • Participate in learning, audits, and quality improvement

Experience in healthcare is helpful — but enthusiasm, empathy, and willingness to learn are equally valued. Full training and mandatory updates are provided.

  • You will be expected to work flexibly across shifts, including participation in on-call duties once appropriately trained.
