Role Highlights & Work-Life Balance
We understand that your personal wellbeing matters. That’s why this role offers a one-week-on, three-weeks-off rota, giving you meaningful clinical work followed by generous personal time.
Example on-call schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 6pm – 8am
- Friday 6pm – 8am Monday
- Minimal calls Saturday morning (covered by the practice)
Local vets may work from home during on-call; for those relocating, comfortable accommodation is provided. Flexible alternatives, such as a one-week-on, one-week-off rota, can be considered with salary adjusted accordingly.
